Two roles tell the recent story. At Axios HQ I was Sr. Director of Product and Design. I re-architected the product in three months and helped double AI usage across the platform. At Sitetracker I was Director of Product Design and Head of Design. I built the function from scratch: hiring, career ladders, critique culture, the operating model the team kept running after I left. Today I run three ventures in parallel as a hands-on player-coach, which is how I keep craft, design ops, and AI fluency in the same hands.
